I am a Scrum-certified producer with a background in games, SaaS, and creative designs. I have years of experience in driving project success in fast-paced environments with a focus on quality and client-focused design.
I am driven to improve processes and KPIs, and my experience in creative and technical disciplines has contributed to my success in leading cross-discipline teams. As they say in agile, Jack of all trades, master of one.
I worked for almost three years as a producer at Outplay Entertainment, an independent game studio in Scotland, managing a live casual game and new development. I've worked as a project leader on creative and technical projects, as a a director and production manager on animation projects during my master’s at DJCAD, and as a project manager building technical solutions for business teams. During my time at Stanford and Microsoft, I led projects to complete software and process documentation as well as business reporting and web applications. I currently am working with clients to create branding and websites for their businesses. You can learn more about my current work at kaitlinburge.com.
My biggest success at Stanford was the completion of the project for the departmental calendar for their Residential and Dining Enterprises. The calendar required uniform functionality with leveled security, allowing the public, students, and staff all to have access to the calendar with varying levels of visibility into events, determined by role.
